MST Therapist

Join Adelphoi’s Multisystemic Therapy (MST) team! We're a nonprofit with over 50 years dedicated to helping children, youth, and families looking for therapists to join our mission.

Position Highlights:

• Monthly additional performance-based compensation.
• Salaried @ $50,000-$60,000.
• Free clinical supervision licensure hours & CEUs

Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical, in-home treatment to youth and families using the MST model
• Educate, train, and connect resources to parents/guardians
• Collaborate with schools, agencies, and community organizations
• Work collaboratively with a team of MST professionals
• Participate in supervision, team meetings, and training

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
• Current FBI and Act 33 and 34 clearances required (assistance provided)
• Valid driver's license, car insurance, and clearances
