• Rate: $1,548/24-hours OR $2,322/36-hours
Requirements:
• No candidates with an AZ home address on their driver's license
• Minimum 24 months of Surgical Technologist experience
• Certifications must be American Heart Association OR American Red Cross
• No License Hits
• No time off; time off can be listed as preferred, but will not necessarily be honored
• COVID and FLU vaccination
• Travel experience - Preferred
• Arizona license (Compact Allowed)
• BLS (AHA)
• NBSTSA
