Requirements:
- 2 years of current Med Surg
- MUST be willing to float to other Med Surg units as needed
- Cerner experience - Preferred
- Peritoneal Dialysis training - Preferred Clinician MUST be reliable! No attendance concerns, call outs, etc... - very patient oriented Unit
- Work History
- Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year
- 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
- License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile (Current Nursys, BLS - Facility will not pend license/certs)
- New York license
- BLS (AHA)
