Requirements:
- One-year acute nursing care, hospital-based preferred.
- Experience in home health
- Certified Home Health Including Proficiency with OASIS
- IV Certification /1 Year IV Experience preferred
- Med Surg, as well as IV Therapy experience, preferred
- MAY BE OPENING CASES
- Demonstrated knowledge of the principles and practices of nursing.
- Knowledge of and ability to apply community health principles and practice.
- Demonstrated ability to perform independently as a clinician with minimal supervision or assistance.
- Experience with self-scheduling of caseload preferred.
- History of flexibility in assuming varied assignments.
- BSN strongly preferred
- Current Driver's License (and insurance)
- In order to effectively provide home care, they must have a working knowledge of home care reimbursement and regulatory guidelines.
- Massachusetts license
- BLS (AHA)
