$1250 Hiring Bonus
General Description of Duties: Responsible for the successful completion of all contracts to meet customer expectation for all Federal, State, and City contracts assigned, as well as meeting the quality and timeline standards established for these contracts. Will conduct these duties in a hands-on fashion. Responsible for the general supervision of all staff assigned to contracts; Conducts daily inspections of all contracts to ensure compliance with contract standards and the established Quality Control Programs for each contract. Will perform any administrative requirements associated with the contracts and client/case Provides oversight to staff and effectively manages daily operations and allocation of resources, including supplies, vehicles, equipment, office space, computers, etc. Ensures successful completion of all assigned service contracts to meet customer expectations and committed deadlines. Serves as the primary contact with external business customers, addressing operational requirements, quality standards, and areas for improvement. Must consistently exhibit the leadership skills necessary to promote teamwork, professionalism, and Adelante’s mission and vision for our employees and Associates.
Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. One (1) year experience working directly with disabled adults in a business, or industry environment including quality control, inventory control and maintenance systems preferred. Two (2) years of consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities within the past eight (8) years required. Three (3) years of supervisory experience preferred. Military or military-like background is preferred but experience in same or similar contract/project management is acceptable. Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus. Must have excellent customer service skills, and be detail oriented and have experience working with other contractors. Must have the ability to effectively communicate in English, with internal and external customers of Adelante and to understand and interpret written procedures. This includes the ability to give and receive instructions in written and verbal forms and to effectively present information and respond to questions from clients, supervisors and co-workers.
Other Requirements: Must pass background/fingerprint investigation and pre-employment drug screening. Must possess a valid NM driver’s license and proof of auto liability insurance. Must be able to stand, walk, bend and stoop continuously, and be able to squat, reach above shoulder(s), kneel, push/pull, lift 50 lbs., perform keyboarding/typing tasks frequently. Must have own reliable transportation and agency insurable driving record. Must be able to work outside normal work schedule to meet on-call and emergency requirements of the contracts, including day and occasional overnight trips. Must have sufficient mobility to conduct visits to multiple locations throughout the State without prior notification. Adelante is a drug free workplace. Pay From: $22.30 per hour, DOE
Monday through Friday some weekends, variable 8am through 12am.
