Adelaide Place of Newton Centre is Hiring a CNA- Certified Nursing Assistant/HHA - Home Health Aide Near Newton, MA

Adelaide of Newton Centre is seeking caring and compassionate CNAs/HHAs! As a CNA/HHA, your primary focus will be to provide care to our residents in a home like setting. If you have a strong passion for helping others and take pride in what you do and are looking for a great company who values human connections than this is the ideal opportunity for you!

We are in need of Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem to work all shifts. Come work for a company that has been listed as Boston Globe's Best Place to Work.

Hourly rate starting at $20 per/hour based on experience. We are located in Newton Centre and have plenty of free parking and close to the green t-stop.

Responsibilities:

Interacting with our residents and families on a daily basis
Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional care
Following the Resident Care Standards and Practices to ensure proper procedures are followed
Assisting residents with their meals, transferring using appropriate assistive devices, bathing, toileting, dressing and grooming

Requirements:

Valid CNA/Certified Nursing Assistant or HHA/Home Health Aide required
Prior experience in a skilled nursing, assisted living or memory care community is preferred
