• Copy of agency's IL nursinglicense included insubmission
• Will consider someone with strong Med Surg experience with some Home Health experience
• COVID and FLU vaccination required -DECLINATIONS WILL BEAPPROVED**Please add vaccination status in the profile**
• OASIS and start of care experience - strongly preferred
• Manager is wanting to review local candidates! If the candidate is too far from the territory they will redirect
• Skills checklist (within 1 year)
• 2 Supervisory references
• Certifications(must be active at time of submission)
