Adelphi is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide direct care services in multiple hospitals in West Virginia (WV). RN(s) must provide all services in a manner consistent with the applicable standard of care.

Requirements:
- Active and valid WV RN license or NLC (Nurse Licensure Compact)
- 1 year experience and familiar with mental health, disorders, physical conditions, and their treatment.
- 1 year of experience in assigned area (Psychiatry)
- AHA CPR certification.
Responsibilities:
- Must participate in Treatment Team Meetings to develop Individualized Treatment Plans, direct consultations, and receive and give recommendations.
- Must supervise inexperienced LPNs, RNs and CNAs and handle all medical related emergencies.
- Must liasion with Physicians to create patient care regimen.
- Screen patients and record medical information.
- Administer medications as prescribed by Physicians.
- Instruct patients in the use of medications and possible side effects.
- Ensure timely documentation into patient's EMRs.
- Assist and respond to all medical related emergencies.
- Provide families with information to inquiries ensuring adherence to the State and Federal Confidentiality Laws, and the HIPAA Regulation.
- Communicate with Physicians for patient care regimen to meet patient care needs.
- Must provide all services in a manner consistent with applicable standard of care.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
