- The minimum requirement is completion of the requirements for licensure (DOT curriculum paramedic program) recognized by the Oklahoma State Department of Health in accordance with EMS regulations which allows individuals to sit for the State and National Registry exams for licensure as an EMT.
- Must be at least 21 years of age in order to be insured by NRH carrier.
