- ARRT (N) or CNMT/NMTCB certificate (either accepted).
- GE machine experience.
- Cerner EMR.
- McKesson PACS.
- Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year.
- 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment).
- License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile (Current NY State Rad Tech License, ARRT ORNMTCBand BLS - Facility will not pend license/certs).
- New York license.
- ARRT.
- BLS (AHA).
