Adelphi is seeking a Behavior Analyst (BA) to provide temporary services in a Forensic Treatment Centre located in St. Louis, MO.

Requirements:
- Registered and licensed in the state of Missouri
- Must be Board Certified
- The BA must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
Responsibilities:
- The BA will be required to attend billable orientation and training on evenings and/or weekends.
- Conduct initial consultations with the client, and may perform diagnostic assessments.
- Conduct naturalistic observation of clients within individual and group settings.
- Creating simulated conditions, to observe the behavior of each client
- Formulate an appropriate treatment plan that is sensitive to clients' cognitive, social, emotional, and sensory needs.
- Administer treatment and tailoring interventions, as needed.
- Suggest additional treatment by other professionals, as required.
- Remain abreast of changes in research on evidence-based practices.
