- Patient Demographics: Adults 90%, Pediatrics 10%
- Surgical Cases per day: 2-5

- General 70%, OB 10%, Neuro 10%
- Complex Vascular 5%, Complex Ortho 5%

- Support Staff: APPs, RNs, Techs
- Case Mix: Cardiac, Complete Ortho, Complex Vascular, Head Spine, Neuro, OB, Pediatric, Regional & Thoracic.
- Required Procedures:
- General Anesthesia (Adults & Peds)
- Spinal, Epidural, Regional Anesthesia Surgery
- Obstetrical Cases, Neurosurgical cases, Thoracic cases (except open heart), Complex vascular cases (except open heart), Complex orthopedic cases, Pain management techniques, Post-op epidural, Post-op extremity blocks.
- Use of ultra-sound in placement of blocks, Ventilation management, Evaluation and management of acute volume/BP issues, Central Line, Arterial Line placement.
- Office Equipment:
- Sonosite Ultrasound, Glidescopes, Disposable bronchoscopes, Flotrac
- Hotline, Belmont Rapid Infuser, IO Drill, Cerebral Oxymeter, BIS Monitor
- Trauma Level: III
- Total No. of Beds: 144
- No. of ORs: 8
- EMR: Epic
- Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered
- Active CA License
- BC/BE (If BE, must be 0-5 yrs post residency)
- Permanent CA DEA (preferred)
