As a Supply Chain Clerk, you will be responsible of heavy data entry and administrative duties to support the team. This position will involve cross training and supporting multiple managers with repetitive administrative tasks.

• Tracking customer orders
• Allocating lot codes to each invoice
• Collating billing packets

This role is part time, working 25 hours a week with the possibility to become full time hours. Client is flexible with starting a Rockstar between the hours of 8 : 00 am to 9 : 00 AM, Monday through Friday.

Requirements :

• Must reside in North County - Carlsbad, Ca preferred
• 1 year of basic administrative skills
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office
• Competent data entry skills
• Experience working with QuickBooks, NetSuite, or Peachtree is a plus

Pay Details : $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
