Customer Assistance : Greeting customers, identifying their needs, and offering assistance to help them find the right products or services.

This involves actively listening to customers, providing product information, and addressing any questions or concerns.

Product Knowledge : Acquiring in-depth knowledge about the products or services offered in the store, including features, benefits, pricing, and promotions.

Staying updated on new arrivals, trends, and industry developments to effectively inform and guide customers in their purchasing decisions.

Merchandising and Stocking : Assisting with merchandise displays, ensuring products are neatly organized, labeled, and adequately stocked.

Monitoring inventory levels and alerting supervisors or managers when restocking is required.

• Customer Service : Resolving customer complaints, issues, or returns in a professional and courteous manner. Taking ownership of customer inquiries and providing appropriate solutions, whether it involves product exchanges, refunds, or alternative options.
• Store Maintenance : Participating in store opening and closing procedures, including maintaining cleanliness, tidiness, and attractive visual displays.

Assisting with inventory management, stock replenishment, and periodic stocktaking.

Pay Details : $14.50 per hour
