Adecco is hiring immediately for Maintenance Techs at a local client in McCalla, AL. Maintenance Techs do essential jobs with one of our premier clients in a state-of-the-art facility, with rates starting at $21.

63 - $35.90 / hr., plus available overtime. In this role, you will support Operational Performance Metrics, support annual operating plans, perform 5S audits and develop ideas for Kaizen and participate in implementation.

Requirements :

• 1-2 years' experience required
• High School Diploma / GED
• Advanced technical training - mechanical, electrical, pneumatics, hydraulics, PLC
• Clear understanding of lean principals and the application of lean tools
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
