Shift : Mon-Friday 8am-5pm (HYBRID)

Responsibilities Collection Specialist include but are not limited to :

  • Collecting from a core group of Integra customers via multiple communication tools.
  • Make order hold / release decisions and be comfortable speaking with various levels of an organization, including our sales team.
  • Reconciliation skills and knowledge of chargebacks / disputes are also key skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • HS Diploma / GED Required
  • 4-6 years Collections background in the pharmaceutical / medical device areas

Pay Details : $29.48 per hour
