Responsibilities Collection Specialist include but are not limited to :
- Collecting from a core group of Integra customers via multiple communication tools.
- Make order hold / release decisions and be comfortable speaking with various levels of an organization, including our sales team.
- Reconciliation skills and knowledge of chargebacks / disputes are also key skills.
Preferred Qualifications :
- HS Diploma / GED Required
- 4-6 years Collections background in the pharmaceutical / medical device areas
Pay Details : $29.48 per hour
