**About the role**

The Project Coordinator will provide basic administrative support to the retail project management team with data reporting, scheduling, and invoicing. This includes project documentation preparation, vendor orders, issue for commitment, invoice & pay application processing, and financial reconciliations.

This role is part of the Project Management function responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion. **Remote role within the Eastern or Central Time Zones** .

**What you'll do**

Process documentation for project commitments. Acquire external quotes for processing. Coordinate change orders, change directives and contemplative change notices with consultants and vendors. Process vendor orders for FF&E, utilities, and construction services.

Schedule meetings and communication plans regarding projects among teams and clients.

Assist with contract administration. This includes attending tender openings and recording results, issuing letters of acceptance and regret, etc.

Enter project information and data into project management technology tools.

Process invoices and pay applications. Help with project administration deliverables.

Assist the project closeout process including turnover documentation and financial reconciliation.

Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.

Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail

Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and mentorship.

**What you'll need**

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future

High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.

Strong presentation skills to exchange straightforward information. Strong organizational skill and data management skills with an inquisitive mentality.

Proficiency of Microsoft Office products Word, Excel, Outlook, Smartsheet.

Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
