Adecco Staffing USA is Hiring a Remote Procurement Specialist

PDS Tech Commercial Inc. is looking for a Procurement Specialist in Seattle, WA for one of the largest aerospace companies. In this position, you will be utilizing your knowledge and experience to assist in the development and improvement of procurement processes.

Job Title: Procurement Specialist

Job Type: Full time; Consultant (12 Months)

Location: Seattle, WA 98108 (Hybrid; Tue - Thurs onsite)

Schedule:  Monday to Friday; 7am to 3:30pm

Pay Rate: $22.50 to $24.80 per hour

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED; College Degree preferred

  • Must have experience with SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, and Data Analysis

  • Experience with MRP and finance systems preferred

  • Must successfully pass a credit check

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and deployment of internal/external process improvements, organization initiatives, and projects/procurement activities

  • Assist with the maintenance of processes and systems

  • Utilize procurement/planning systems to ensure planning, validation, and maintaining of all requirements for procurement analysis

  • Support the coordination and tracking of action items and metrics, supplier management procedures for planning, procurement plans, shortage mitigation, schedule validation, self-governance, and inventory analysis

  • Process in SAP the fulfillment of open purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and customers for recovery schedules and improvements to meet demand requirements

  • Input data, run queries, and perform all updates in SAP

  • Utilize procurement/planning systems to ensure planning, validation, and maintaining of all requirements for procurement analysis

  • Communicate with procurement agents, managers, internal customers, and outside suppliers to identify and resolve issues associated with the procurement cycle

Pay Details: $22.50 to $24.80 per hour
