• Clinic is open Monday to Saturday. 
• One (1) year plus experience as a Pediatrician required.
• Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine graduate.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible Physician.
• Active, non-probationary physician license.
• Prescriptive authority.
