Shipping Clerk
Addison-HVAC, LLC. is seeking a full time Shipping Clerk to join our Team!
Overall Responsibilities
responsible to learn and perform a variety of clerical duties in support of shipping: package parts, build crates as needed for larger components, perform a variety of duties relative to assigned area of responsibility and any other duties that may be assigned by Management.
Major Duties And Responsibilities
- Learn the processing of Parts Shipments via pulling, packaging and crating
- Receive telephone calls and provide information related to shipments to ACS
- Receive telephone calls and provide information related to shipments to Technical Service Dept.
- Will learn to operate a variety of machines and equipment such as forklifts, ladders, hand truck and carts, pallet jacks, wrapping machines, nail guns and saws
- Other Duties as assigned by Management
Required Education
High School diploma or GED required.

- Reading, math and communication skills
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to lift over 40 pounds.
- Must be able to follow all safety procedures and company guidelines at all times.
- Ability to follow the work schedule, based on production and business needs.
