Project Manager Summary:
The Project Manager position is more than a job, it’s a lifestyle. In this role, you’ll be both leading and supporting Subcontractors that regularly work evenings and weekends. For someone to flourish in this role, they need to fully embrace handling responsibility that extends beyond M-F & 8-5. Sometimes this will be after hours phone calls or text messages and other times it will be visiting the jobsite. Additionally, if you’re married or have a family, they will need to support you in this type of role. You’ll be responsible for achieving construction goals such as: schedule adherence, quality standards, trade partner relations, customer satisfaction and jobsite safety. You’ll also play a key role in developing a positive work environment both internally and with our extended network of Trade Partners.
