Personnel Specialist

Our client, a leading Law Firm is looking for a Personnel Specialist to join their team.

Location: Manhattan, NY (Hybrid 3/2)

Pay: $100,000-115,000 YR

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate staffing needs within the legal personnel department, ensuring optimal utilization of talent.
• Analyze workloads and track the professional experiences of associates, facilitating appropriate assignments and career development opportunities.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with associates, partners, and managers to support effective collaboration and communication.
• Oversee off-boarding processes, gaining insights into departures and ensuring smooth transitions.
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability and resourcefulness.
• Uphold strict confidentiality regarding personnel matters and other sensitive information.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in professional services
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage complex tasks efficiently
• Demonstrated discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with MS Office required
