Our client, a well-respected medical group, is looking for a Medical Biller to assist their billing department! This is a contract to hire position that offers great training and the potential to work a hybrid schedule after training!
Position: Medical Biller
Pay: $20-$22/hour
Job Type: Full-time, Contract to Hire
Hours: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
Location: Denver, CO ***100% in-office***
A Day in the Life:
- Charge entry
- Validating CPT & ICD-10 codes
- Fixing rejections and resubmitting as necessary
- Researching denials
- Contacting insurance companies via phone & online portals regarding claim status
- Drafting and sending out appeals
- Payment posting
