Addison Group is partnering with a client in Dallas, TX to fill a direct hire Logistics Coordinator opportunity. We are targeting candidates with 2 years of logistics coordinator experience. Experience with international shipping, customs and broker negotiations.Main Duties or Job Description:Communicate with producers customers and haulers as their main point of contact for logistical activities.Utilize Logistics IT systems, to maintain records of all producers production.Submit pickup schedules to haulers and daily receiving reports to the Greater Southwest Agency and customers.Maintain and ensure that customers receive product as ordered by accurate record keeping.Assist in balancing and locating missing records between producers and customers.Resolve issues that may occur within transportation from our producers to customer.Provide accurate month-end reports to our logistics and finance teams.Facilitate distribution of supplies to producers.Wants on Resume1-2 years of previous supply chain experience at minimumMust come from a type of industry where the product can expire or has a strict / sensitive process in how it is moved. Industry examples that would make sense would be crude oil / water, food & beverage, chemical.Experience interacting with customers and/or suppliers requiredMust be computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office, including in ExcelMust have advanced problem-solving skills and crisis management; able to identify issues and resolve programs in a timely manner.Must be able to effectively read and interpret information, present numerical data in a resourceful manner, and skillfully gather and analyze information.High school diploma required at minimum#J-18808-Ljbffr
