Our fast paced and growing real estate client is looking for a Lease Analyst.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, interpret, and report on commercial retail and office leases.
• Assist Asset Management, Leasing and Property Management with critical information in the lease in a timely manner.
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of lease abstract files.
• Coordinate with Asset Managers, Property Managers, and Accountants during lease process.
• Prepare and distribute reports.

Qualifications:

• 2 years' experience in professional level commercial real estate/lease audit
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Yardi, or MRI (or similar real estate software packages)
• Strong written and oral communication skills
