As a Human Resources Generalist you are instrumental in shaping the culture of the organization. You will be responsible for completing a varity of tasks to support the daily operations of the HR department. Duties include comparing HR laws to current policis and procedures, drafting templates for HR documents; working with other mebers of the department to oversee the hiring and onboarding process for the organization's employees.

As a minimum, a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or similar field and a minimum of two (2) years of experience in a H.R. role, preferably in a health care setting. PHR or SPHR certification is prefered!
