File Clerk (Part-time)

6 Month Contract

Location: South Austin, 78704

Hours: Tuesday-Thursday, 8AM-5PM

Pay: $18/hr

Responsibilities:

• Crating and reviewing employee records
• Digitally archiving and uploading documents onto ADP
• Storing documents on Google Drive
• Ensuring all files are present and well-organized

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of clerical experience (filing, scanning, maintaining electronic databases)
• Experience working with HR files is preferred
