Job Description:

As a Denials Follow Up Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the Pharmacy Department, managing denial claims and appeals to ensure the efficient resolution of insurance denials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct follow-up activities on denied claims utilizing EPIC and Excel.
• Write effective appeals for complex medical procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address denial issues promptly.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in handling insurance denials and appeals
• Proficiency in EPIC and Excel
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
