Job Responsibilities :

• Manage all functional aspects of credit and collections
• Generate and prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status, including aging analysis, collection activities, and payment trends.
• Analyze customer payment patterns and identify opportunities for process improvement to minimize overdue accounts.
• Review and analyze incoming chargebacks and deductions from customers, including but not limited to pricing discrepancies, shortages, damages, and promotional allowances.
• Provide credit hold information, explaining the reason and action needed to take
• Utilize vendor portals to collect amounts due and make daily contacts

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred but not required.
• 5 years of experience in Credit & Collections with a strong background in Consumer Goods
• Experience collecting from Mass and Department Stores
• Experience in EDI and Routing Guides
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment in order to achieve personal and team goals and complete assignments within established time frames
• A positive and forward-looking attitude, strong organizational skills, and ability to prioritize
