Role: Contracts Specialist

Hiring Type : Contract (up to 1 year)

Pay: $35 - $40 / hour

Office Schedule: in office 2x a week

Our client, a well-known and reputable non-profit is looking to add a Contracts Manager to their team. They are looking for someone who can start immediately and has experience in a non-profit environment! This is an exciting long term consulting opportunity for a mission driven organization.
Requirements:
•Bachelor's Degree preferred
•3-5 years of experience in the contracts lifecycle process
•Strong communication and organizational skills
•Must have experience updating service agreements/contracts

Responsibilities
•Management of contracts through the full lifecycle includes contract formation, execution, modification, and close out as applicable
•Experience with Federal contract and/or subcontract administration and proposal preparation
•Knowledge of standard regulations and principles of grant programs and standard budgeting and budget analysis
•Leading contracts system implementation, ongoing maintenance, and related training efforts
