Back-End Software Developer

Location: Nashville, TN

Salary: $135,000 - $150,000
Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code without defects, follow industry best practices and coding standards.
Integrate data storage solutions.
Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues.
Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
Collaborate on effective development practices and evangelize within and across teams.
Ability to perform the assigned tasks with minimal to no supervision.
Should be able to self-start and interact with the team members proactively.
Should be passionate about software development and constantly pushing yourself to learn new technologies to develop better, faster, and more efficient applications.
Should be able to do the design and development independently.

Qualifications

Proficient in the latest version of C#, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, Code First approach, Web API, JSON, XML, JavaScript, JQuery, Angular2 , TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Visual Studio, Source Control, TFS, RDBMS, no SQL.
Proven proficiency in SOLID principles, design patterns, layered architecture, design, and building secure Open API V3 compliant RESTful Web APIs, cloud design patterns, specifically event-driven architecture.
Strong knowledge of Azure
Strong knowledge of .NET web framework
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming
Skill for writing reusable libraries.
Familiar with various design and architectural patterns
Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server, MongoDB
Experience with popular web application frameworks
Understanding of fundamental design principles for building a scalable application
Experience creating database schemas that represent and support business processes.
