Job Responsibilities :
- Matching invoices to POs.
- Data entry of invoices, POs and other data into the system.
- Verifying all information of all vendors.
- Perform coding and review of invoices for payment approval.
- Process vouchers.
- Maintain statements, debits and credits.
- Ensure the upkeep of entity records.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements :
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and remain detail-oriented.
- Strong skills in Excel.
- Must have the ability to multi-task, be solution focused and meet deadlines.
- 5 years experience in accounts payable.
- Relevant coursework or education.
