Summary of Key Responsibilities: The CNC Operator / Programmer is responsible for daily operation of mills and lathes including but not limited to set-up, onloading of material, removal of scrap material, basic machine maintenance and cleaning to ensure optimization and safety. 

Responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Daily operation of CNC mills and lathes from pre-set programs with minor adjustments for material variations.
• Basic set up and loading of tools.
• Maintaining/cleaning of mills and lathes
• Load and unload material and scrap.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment with rapidly changing priorities.
• Solidworks experience is a plus.
• Mastercam experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and related equipment.
• Ability to read and operate basic measurement tools (tape measure, protractor, calipers)
• Self-motivated and respond timely to production requirements
• Must be detail oriented.
• Contribute to building a positive team spirit and put success of the team above own interests.
• Ability to speak English fluently.

Summary of Experience and Education:

• High school Diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 or over.
• 2 years of experience in fabrication or manufacturing environment preferred
• 2 years of experience in CNC operation of mills and lathes.

Schedule and Compensation:

Job Type: Full-time (Monday - Friday)

Salary: $26.00 - $30.00 / hr (DOE) 

Work Location: In person at our Chandler, AZ facility
