We are hiring a Director, Quality Management for our growing team! As the Director, Quality Management, you will be the indispensable right hand to the Chief of Staff, Chief Quality Officer of ARC Healthcare. This multifaceted role involves immersing yourself in the intricacies of the company's mission and growth plans. From maintaining organizational efficiency to managing projects and fostering communication across divisions, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of ARC Healthcare. As you support the company's leadership, your journey will involve significant learning, empowerment, and a pathway to numerous growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities:

  • Be my right hand; would include being in Louisa and traveling often
  • Serve as my assistant/lieutenant and spend significant time learning the ropes, culture, complexities, and growth plans of our company/mission/ministry
  • Help me be and stay organized
  • Help with scheduling
  • Run project management software to track the various projects for all the divisions
  • Develop and manage reporting
  • Work with division and department leaders as needed
  • Eventually earn many responsibilities and growth opportunities
  • Help me focus on, communicate, and empower others to live into The BEST ARC
  • Facilitating communication and coordination among all the ARC Healthcare departments/entities/divisions
  • Managing projects and key initiatives for ARC Healthcare
  • Assisting in preparing for and executing our upcoming growth plans
  • Facilitating communication and coordination among ARC Administration and the divisions (healthcare, education, enterprises, Odyssey)
  • Supporting CQO/Chief of Staff while supporting each of the teams/departments/divisions/entities
  • Maintain a respectful relationship with employees, interns, and persons served/clients
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times displaying a professional disposition towards fellow staff
  • Maintain a positive working relationship with Addiction Recovery Care centers/Odyssey, Inc. staff and person and persons served/clients alike
  • Bring policy/personnel issues to supervision as they arise
  • Protect the privacy of all staff and persons served/client information in accordance with Addiction Recovery Care Center/Odyssey, Inc.’s privacy policies, procedures and practices, as required by federal and state law, and in accordance with general principle of professionalism as a healthcare provider. Failure to comply with Addiction Recovery Care Center/Odyssey, Inc.’s policies and procedures on persons served/client privacy may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment
  • May access protected health information (PHI) and other persons served/client information only to the extent that it is necessary to complete your job duties. The incumbent may only share such information with those who have a need to know specific persons served/client information you have in your possession to complete their job responsibilities related to treatment, payment, or other Addiction Recovery Care Center/Odyssey, Inc.’s operations
  • Expected to report, without the threat of retaliation, any concerns regarding Addiction Recovery Care Center/Odyssey, Inc.’s policies and procedures on persons served/client privacy and any observed practices in violation of the policy to their supervisor
  • Performs other duties as assigned
 

Key Experience and Education Needed:

  • Healthcare Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Nursing license preferred

Other Qualifications to be Considered:

  • Attention to detail and organization a must. 
  • Adhere to confidentiality requirements as outlined in 42 CFR, Part 2.
  • Computer literate with experience in Google Suite.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to prioritize work and work related responsibilities. 
  • Must have the ability to interact with staff in a professional manner.
  • Ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge and competency in problem solving, stress management, ethics, and team building.
  • Knowledge of substance abuse
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and municipal laws and/or regulations that regulate the treatment of alcoholism and drug addiction, including:
    • Confidentiality
    • Persons served/client rights
    • Professional Code of Ethics
    • Discrimination
  • Flexibility to adapt to schedule changes and assumption of responsibilities not delineated in the job description which are related to work as a member of an addiction treatment team.
