Addiction Recovery Care is Hiring a Clinical Manager Near Lexington, KY

POSITION SUMMARY: Provide clinical leadership and face to face clinical guidance, mentorship, support and clinical accountability for clinicians

QUALIFICATIONS

  • LPCC/LCSW/LMFT- (independently licensed)
  • At least one year of clinically related supervision, formal or informal
  • Direct service provision in the addiction and recovery field along with behavioral health service provision preferred
  • Appropriate State and Federal Clearances
  • Ability to prioritize work- and work-related responsibilities.
  • Ability to interact with staff in a professional manner.
  • Ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle crisis situations in a calm and supportive manner
  • Ability to exhibit professional and courteous behavior, consistent with the ARC mission statement, when interacting with persons of varying backgrounds and education levels to create a safe and healthy relationship with clients served

DUTIES

  • Provide supervision to clinical staff, working collaterally with Clinical Director 
  • Will be on-site, at centers, as needed
  • Ensure uniform delivery of ARC’s clinical program design, including curriculum
  • Effectively apply and train in ASAM criteria for establishing client level of care 
  • Exhibit and train in effective multidisciplinary treatment team function and ongoing operation
  • Provide clinical training to further educate clinical staff, as well as meet all requirements of compliance in relation to continued education.
  • Mediate clinician/client conflicts andmanage day-to-day client needs/issues that arise
  • Completes monthly audits of charts to ensure the quality of documentation
  • Manages clinician time off (call-ins and requests). Provides coverage as needed and/or works with the teleservices team and other centers to ensure all services are provided. 
  • Serves as liaison between Clinical Director and clinicians; communicates concerns to Clinical Director
  • Ensures consistent communication between all support team members, following up with emails, etc. 
  • Developing and scheduling case conceptualization meetings for clinicians
  • Creating an open forum for discussion of concerns to alleviate burnout.
  •  Work proactively with clinicians in service provision, perform to established clinical operations standards, and maintain positive team relationships
  • Establish and maintain service standards for clinicians 
  • Provide guidance within crisis situations
  • Schedule training for centers and/or individual clinicians
  • Research specialty training; including locations, dates, times, and cost
  • Maintain information regarding specially trained clinicians
  • Participate in staff and state regulatory training as required
  • Adhere to program policies and procedures while maintaining a professional code of ethics
  • Maintain a valid driver’s license
