Cornerstone of Recovery is in search of a proficient and seasoned Director of Maintenance to supervise the entirety of maintenance operations within our organization. This role entails crafting and executing maintenance policies and protocols, leading a team of maintenance technicians, and guaranteeing the upkeep of all equipment, machinery, and facilities to uphold seamless organizational functions.

Duties: 

• Supervise the upkeep and repair of all equipment, machinery, and facilities to guarantee optimal performance and longevity.
• Uphold compliance with pertinent regulatory requirements and industry standards concerning maintenance operations, safety, and environmental preservation.
• Cultivate and oversee relationships with external vendors and contractors for maintenance services, ensuring both quality work and cost efficiency.
• Train, supervise, and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, offering leadership, guidance, and support to foster high performance and job satisfaction.
• Establish and reinforce maintenance policies, procedures, and benchmarks to ensure the efficacy and efficiency of operations.
• Direct and manage all Maintenance and Housekeeping personnel.
• Coordinate schedules for maintenance staff.
