Demonstrated strong English verbal and written communication skillsAbility to understand and follow standard operating proceduresAbility write and investigate required reports Ability to make independent and good judgment decisions utilizing ADC LTD NM and customer policy and procedures Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information Supervisory ResponsibilityThis position does not carry any supervisory responsibilities. Work Environment & Physical DemandsFrequent and prolonged walking, standing, sitting, and stooping, up to twelve (12) hours per day. Occasional running, sprinting, lifting heavy weights, moving heavy objects, climbing stairsWork is performed indoors and outdoors and require an individual to withstand extreme inclement weather such as heat, humidity, cold, or severe weather Unpredictable crisis situations require the ability to speak clearly and distinctly and remain calm in stressful situations Ability to remain on post up to four (4) consecutive hours without sitting, eating, or relieving bladder or bowels. Ability to remain alert with ability to mentally and physically react quickly to a variety of unexpected and dangerous situations.
