We are seeking energetic, enthusiastic, and outgoing Sales Assistants to join our team supporting our sales manager to close their pre-qualified leads, manage customer renewals and upgrades, and provide essential sales-related support. This is an entry-level position with potential for growth within the company Successful candidates must be eager to learn and contribute to our fast-paced, growing team.

• Process sales orders, drop-ship, and back-order status
• Check inventory & prices
• Assist with processing orders and follow-up
• Generate reports weekly and monthly
• Provide internal supporting works to the team
• Perform other assignments as needed
• Actively shares responsibility with the sales manager for planning and leading sales meetings.
• Assists with proactive planning and implementation of various projects.
• Provides administrative support as needed for the Sales department.

Qualifications

• We are seeking a responsible, aggressive, self-motivated team player to join our team.
• Prefer to have 1 years of administrative or sales experience in the PC industry
• Microsoft office tools
• Ability to multitask and willing to take on challenges
• Speaking Chinese is a big plus
