```Duties```
As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant and ensuring exceptional customer service. Your duties will include:

- Managing and leading a team of restaurant staff during your shift
- Training new employees and providing ongoing coaching and development
- Ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Monitoring inventory levels and placing orders as needed
- Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and resolving any issues that may arise
- Assisting with scheduling and payroll management
- Collaborating with the management team to implement new policies and procedures

- Strong restaurant management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Culinary knowledge and understanding of food preparation techniques
- Exceptional hospitality and customer service skills
- Ability to interview, hire, and train new employees effectively
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Proficient in food service management systems and software
- Passion for coffee and familiarity with different brewing methods (preferred)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.50 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
