Currently Hiring: We are seeking passionate, trustworthy staff to join our amazing team for day, evening, and night shifts. What We Do: Our Med Techs provide daily care to our residents by supporting their daily needs. A Med Tech typically assists residents with medication management, ensuring they receive prescribed medications at the correct times and doses. They may also monitor vital signs, provide basic medical care, and communicate with healthcare professionals to maintain the well-being of residents in the assisted living facility. Not all Med Techs pass meds!

Who Are You: We are seeking folks that are genuinely interested in supporting our residents and their team members. Experience working with folks that have behavioral issues is a plus, however not required. Other requirements include valuing and respecting our residents. Having consistent attendance and reliable method of transportation. Ability to correspond and document properly for resident charting purposes. Excellent oral communication; reading and writing. Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis and can ambulate quickly and often throughout a regular shift. Must be able to pass a background check with the State of Oregon. We will train those interested in caring for our residents.

Compensation and Benefits: We offer $17 to $20/hour. We offer a benefit package for our employees that includes medical, dental, and vision (30 hours a week or more). PTO, holiday pay, and sick leave (for eligible positions). Compensation is based on experience.

Shifts Available: Weds-Sat OR Sun-Weds; 6AM to 6PM OR 6PM to 6AM.
