Responsibilities of the Corporate Trainer:

• Training new hires the essential tools needed for closing leases such, leasing techniques, strong customer service skills for generating prospects, and internal property management software
• Conduct scheduled in person and small group training as well as "Continued Education" WebEx meetings with onsite team members on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
• Create and implement new training strategies which will be rolled out to all onsite team members
• 20-25% Travel will be required
• Social media savvy is a plus!
• Spanish speaking is a plus!

Requirements of the Corporate Trainer:

• 1 year leasing experience with 2 years' experience as trainer in a corporate environment in the multifamily industry REQUIRED
• Associates Degree or higher preferred
• Must be proficient in Multifamily management software (i.e. Yardi, Onesite)
• Demonstrated professionalism and job stability
• Organized with ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, team environment
