Job Overview

We are seeking a detailed oriented Intake Assistant member to join out team. As a member of the Intake team, you will be responsible for triaging all faxes received and distributing them to the corresponding teams in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for obtaining referrals and referral updates from the portals used such as Epic, CarePort etc.

Requirements

- No experience in related field necessary

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

-Easy to adapt to rapid changes

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.50 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to Relocate:

• Plano, TX 75074: Relocate before starting work (Required)
