Adapt of Illinois, Inc. is Hiring a Mental Health Professional Near Collinsville, IL

Job Summary:

Adapt of Illinois, a progressive social services agency, seeks a motivated mental health professional to work in a rehabilitative setting in Collinsville, IL. This position involves providing recovery-based services to adults with chronic and severe mental illness.

Responsibilities:

· Advocating for the needs of an underserved population

· Conducting individual and group services to assist clients in achieving recovery goals

· Facilitating community placement and fulfilling other case management duties

· Documenting all clinical services provided

Qualifications / Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in a human services-related field (or 2 years’ supervised experience in mental health setting required with non-related Bachelor’s degree)

· Strong computer, writing, and time management skills

· Ability to work four 10-hour days per week including rotating weekends and holidays

· An interest in working in a team environment where clinical skill development is valued

· A strong desire to help individuals with mental illness recover lost skills and reduce stigma

Salary:

Starting hourly pay of $21.50 ($44,720) commensurate with experience
