Adapt Health LLC is Hiring a Director, Communications Near Plymouth Meeting, PA

Description

The Director of Communications will oversee all communications involving the organization including the development and implementation of a communications strategy and a broad and diverse range of business communications. Also, collaborates with Executive Leadership to develop internal and external communication. Responsible for developing strategy for corporate brand, supports Investor Relations, creates an ESG website, and support Executive Leadership for internal and external communication.

Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities:

· Develops and implements a communications strategy for the corporation that builds and maintains a positive corporate brand.

· Ensures consistency across all entities and develops internal and external programs and campaigns to enhance position and experience throughout stakeholder groups including employees, patients, and investors.

· Oversees corporate communications and branding in various online and print platforms.

· Collaborates with marketing on the company website including methods to deliver message, ease of navigation, and clarity of information; ensures that all content is current and relevant.

· Acts as corporate spokesperson and responds to members of the media in a timely manner; composes and distributes press releases as needed. Triage all media requests.

· Develops and maintains positive professional relationships with various members of the media.

· Develops, implements, and adheres to communications budget.

· Develops, composes, distributes, and implements polices to enhance the efficiency of the communications department and to further develop the building and maintaining of a positive corporate brand.

· Supports enterprise-wide initiatives in cooperation with marketing department.

· Collaborate and support Executive team with communication and presentation needs

· Ensure brand integrity, investor presentations and communication

· Press releases and public statements

· Supports Compliance, Legal, Finance and Human Resource departments with communication needs

· Manages patient communication and feedback through digital platforms

· Supports Business Development team with email campaigns to contacts and developing slide decks

· Communicates policy and procedure updates.

· ESG Website development

· Copywriting and copyediting support

· Create and manage messages shared within the organization between man­agement and employees with the aim is to ensure awareness of important updates. Which includes:

· Employee conference calls, email distributions, and newsletter

· Mission, Vision, Values Development and Communication

· Employee Recognition/Celebration

· Organizational Structure

· Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing professional networks, and participating in professional organizations.

· Maintains patient confidentiality and functions within the guidelines of HIPAA.

· Maintains compliant with AdaptHealth’s Compliance Program and applicable company policies, procedures, and patient protocols.

· Performs other related duties as assigned.

· Proven leadership skills and ability to work with Senior Leadership

· Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising marketing campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.

· Expert verbal and written communication skills.

· Organized with attention to detail.

· Superior ability to write in a journalistic style that is customary for corporate and external publications.

· Ability to offer sound media relations advice to senior leadership.

· Excellent managerial and organizational abilities.

· Excellent interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work with corporate management, employees, media, and the larger community.

· Ability to coordinate efforts of various teams to present a coherent message.

· Strategic business partner

· Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites

· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.

Requirements

Education and Experience Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism, or a related field from an accredited university required, Master’s degree preferred.

· Five (5) years of relevant work experience required in communications or brand management.

· Four (4) years of leadership experience in related position preferred.
