Seeking an Experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our Bookkeeping Department. This position requires extensive Bookkeeping and QB knowledge including:
Data entry, bank reconciliations and financials
Payroll reports
Year end W2 and 1099 forms
Sales tax reports
Updating books for tax return preparation
Assisting & training clients to setup QuickBooks

Computer competent - Online QuickBooks, Remote access, Navigating government websites, Time management software, Payroll software and Microsoft Office programs

Fast paced working environment

Ability to manage 20 monthly bookkeeping accounts and assisting CPAs on special projects
