We're seeking a Production Manager to join our construction leadership team. This position has great career promotion opportunities with a direct path to becoming a General Manager of a divisional office. Our Production Manager will be paid a salary plus monthly closing bonuses.

Our Production Managers oversee the construction of new homes and ensure high-quality service to our clients by performing the following duties:

• Grow trade partner & superintendent team to support the division’s growth
• Oversee trade partner bidding & invoicing
• Provide ongoing superintendent training
• Supervise permitting & post-closing warranty
• Daily visits to Adams Homes jobs
• Conduct inspections for quality control for all stages of construction
• Help ensure safe worksite conditions
