Job Summary:

The Gulf Breeze Cowork Annex Office Manager and Leasing Agent will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the coworking space, ensuring that all clients have a positive experience. They will also be responsible for marketing and leasing the space to new clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, positive attitude, willingness to learn, and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations
  • Manage the daily operations of the coworking space, ensuring that all clients have a positive experience
  • Maintain client records and billing information in the management system
  • Sales & Marketing
  • Market the coworking space to potential clients
  • Conduct tours of the space and negotiate lease agreements with potential clients
  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Reception Services
  • Answer phone calls, greet members, take and categorize mail
  • Space & Community Management
  • Manage the maintenance of the space, including equipment and facilities
  • Coordinate events and workshops for clients
  • Provide training and support to clients on the use of equipment and facilities

Qualifications:

  • Experience in marketing and sales
  • Excellent customer service & communications skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and data management systems
  • Knowledge of safety and security regulations and compliances

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position that requires the candidate to work on-site. The candidate may need to work beyond regular hours during events and peak times. The candidate should be able to lift and move equipment up to 50 pounds. The candidate must be able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with the ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
