The Adams Medical Group Clinical Quality Assurance Coordinator is responsible for creating, designing, implementing, and continually improving training programs for medical practice office nurses and allied health clinicians. This position will coordinate, educate and oversee clinical competencies needed to provide the highest quality of patient care. The role will be responsible for collaborating with the health system education team to plan and assign annual training activities for the physician practices. In addition, this role will oversee the completion of on-boarding for new clinical team members and evaluate skills annually in physician practices. Furthermore, this role will be responsible for assigning clinical education to team members on a quarterly basis as it pertains to clinical support of physician practices. This role will collaborate closely with the physician practice service line managers, practice improvement manager, and site supervisors to ensure complete clinical on-boarding and that clinical competencies align with day-to-day practice. In addition, the role will be responsible for documenting clinical policies, procedures, and protocols; epic clinical documentation and data capture, as well as assisting in the education of providers on quality incentive programs.

Requirements:

40 hours per week - First Shift

Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm

RN or LPN License in the State of Indiana 

2-4 years of Medical Office Experience

1-2 Years of Epic Experience
