Job Summary:

As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will be an integral part of our rehabilitation team, providing hands-on assistance to patients, and supporting the delivery of physical therapy services under the direction and supervision of our licensed Physical Therapists.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist Physical Therapists in the implementation of patient treatment plans.
Perform therapeutic interventions as directed, ensuring patient safety and effectiveness of treatment.
Monitor patient responses to therapy and communicate observations to the supervising therapist.
Educate and guide patients on exercise routines and use of equipment.
Maintain treatment area and equipment, adhering to cleanliness and safety standards.
Document patient progress and assist with administrative tasks related to patient care.
Qualifications:
An associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
Current PTA license or certification as per state regulations.
Prior experience in a physical therapy setting is preferred.
Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
Ability to work effectively as part of a dynamic healthcare team.
