  • Lead student recruitment and coordinate their arrival, ensuring a smooth transition into the Job Corps program.
  • Conduct detailed assessments to determine student eligibility, tapping into their behavioral, medical, and educational backgrounds.
  • Serve as a key communicator and facilitator, liaising between students, families, community agencies, and the Center.
  • Drive initiatives to maintain and exceed Center performance goals, upholding the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality in student data handling.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Associates degree in human services, psychology, counseling, education, social science, communications or closely related field and two years related experience required. Bachelors degree in human services, psychology, counseling, education, social science, communications, or closely related field preferred. Experience may include successful Job Corps enrollment or successful enrollment in other youth development programs. Must possess a valid in-State Drivers License and meet Company insurability requirements
